Winter Weather

We had a lot of freezing rain, followed by 5 inches of snow. I had a choice between going out to take a photo of Lansing Leaves quilt top or shovel the snow.

I noticed that my blog post has been getting a lot of unexpected views. So funny, I thought Wordle sounded familiar. Sorry, it is the wrong Wordle for people who were looking for the other one.

Your leaves look lovely there in the snow.

The snow will soon melt under that 'hot' quilt!

Your leafy quilt is lovely. Yes better to take pretty pictures than shovel snow ;-)

WE must have had the same weather! According to the weatherman we had 8 inches...but it drifted so I don't know how they measured. I shoved 10 inches from back porch to the garage...then out front was just 5 or 6.

Anyway, LOVE this!

Oh, taking photos is a lot more agreeable than shovelling 5" of snow. Your Lansing Leaves looks fabulous against the white of the snow.

Beautiful autumn colors…..and a picture is much better than shoveling snow!

This quilt top turned out great. I like the subtle piecing pattern in the borders.

Actually, quilts looks so beautiful spread out on pristine white snow! The trick is being able to get above them to take the picture! Those Lansing Leaves are just gorgeous!
